How Our Live Seminars Work
- Classroom Setting: Live seminars are held in a classroom setting with other live humans! Carmen will guide you through the coursework, while you’re enjoying the camaraderie of fellow construction students. You will meet plumbers, GC’s, roofers, A/C contractors and many more licensed contractors just like you.
- Educational & Fun: We like to call it “Edutainment”. Keeping you engaged in the material by making learning fun. You’ll fulfill your CE requirements while you learn and laugh! Courses are designed to be informative, fun and educational.
- Florida Locations: For your convenience, Carmen brings the CE classes to YOU. Choose from a variety of cities and hotel locations throughout the State of Florida. We travel from the Panhandle all the way to the Keys!
- Never Bored with Carmen: Carmen Ciricillo combines his skills as a professional humorous speaker to the construction industry with his 25 years of teaching Continuing Education to Florida Licensed Contractors. His goal is to create the most enjoyable C.E. experience possible.

1-DAY (14 hr.) SEMINAR
DESCRIPTION:
This All-in-One Day Seminar combines Florida Contractor Course A & Florida Contractor Course B for a total of 14 C.E. hours. This all day seminar will cover the 1 hour C.E. requirements in ADV Florida Building Code, BSP, L&R, WPS, WC, WMM and remaining GEN hours.
- This Seminar DOES NOT INCLUDE the 1 hour C.E. requirement Pool Electrical for Pool/Spa Contractors; 1 hour C.E. requirement Electrical Laws and Rules or any Technical C.E. required hours for Electrical Contractors. These hours are available for individual purchase on our Online Courses Page.

- Home Inspectors receive 7 hours of CE credit in GEN, Professional Engineers receive 4 PDH in Areas of Practice (must attend all 14 hours).

DESCRIPTION:
This 2-Day Seminar covers Florida Contractor Course A on Day One & Florida Contractor Course B on Day Two for a total of 14 C.E. hours. Day One will cover the 1 hour C.E. requirements in ADV Florida Building Code, BSP, L&R, WPS, WC and GEN hours. Day Two will cover the 1 hour C.E. requirement in WMM along with BSP, WPS, WC and GEN hours.
